Service description

• • Wipeout PDF is a best-effort anonymisation service for PDF documents.
• • We scan for and redact sensitive data including text, metadata, and hidden content.
• • You must review all detections before confirming redaction.
• • We cannot guarantee complete anonymisation. Always verify output before sharing.

Your responsibilities

• • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the anonymised output.
• • You must have the right to upload and process any documents you submit.
• • You agree not to upload illegal, malicious, or prohibited content.
• • You are solely responsible for any consequences of sharing anonymised documents.

Payment & refunds

• • Web service: £4.99 per PDF, processed via Stripe.
• • Native apps: One-time purchase (macOS £29.99, iOS £7.99).
• • Payments are final once processing begins.
• • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical failures.

Data retention

• • Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• • Job metadata (state, timestamps, keys) is retained for operational purposes.
• • You can manually delete your job after downloading the output.

Disclaimer & limitations

• • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• • We are not liable for incomplete redaction, data breaches, or misuse of output.
• • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
• • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access without notice.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
